What would you do if the tab you were reading was accidentally closed? This article is based on the solution to this question.

Either you are using Firefox, Chrome, or Safari, you do not need to get panic if the website you were visiting accidentally closed. There are different methods to reopen the closed tabs.

Keyboard Shortcut:

The easiest and commonly used method to reopen the closed tabs is via a keyboard shortcut. For this press the combination of Ctrl + Shift + T on Windows and Command + Shift + T on Mac.

If you press the keyboard combination just once, it will reopen the most recently closed tab.

Menu Option Way:

This method is only for right-clicking lovers. In this method, on the tab menu bar, right-click and select the reopen closed tab option.

Browser History:

The last method to reopen the closed tabs is from the browser history. In this method, click 3 vertical dots on the top right corner of the window. From the drag-down list, click on the history and further click on the recently closed tabs.

In this method, you can also review the whole browsing history.
